Annual Legislative Luncheon
Barbeque in January held in Santa Fe, NM from 11am-1:30pm. This luncheon is a great opportunity to discuss important issues regarding our rural area and hearing views on these topics from our legislators.

Broom Corn History at Museum
The Herzstein Memorial Museum and the Union County Historical Society will present a program on the history of broom corn and brooms by Jack Boggs at 1:30pm at the museum, corner of Second and Walnut streets in Clayton. Refreshments will be served following the program, and there is no charge to visit the museum or to attend its programs.

Valentine's Dinner at Crossroads Coffee

Labyrinth: Pilgrimage of Prayer with Lisa Gidlow Moriarty
Trough storytelling and image we will explore the labyrinth as a pathway of prayer, a journey to our center and the meaning of pilgrimage for both soul and sole. This retreat will include journaling, creative exercises, sharing and silence as we create a weekend of pilgrimage using the labyrinth as a foundation. Friday night Lecture only $25. Full workshop fee $225, Lodging and meals. $170 double, $210 private.

ENMR•Plateau Annual Membership Meeting
Scheduled for Clovis High School Lecture Hall. The 2011 Annual Membership Meeting of ENMR•Plateau is scheduled for Saturday, April 16 in the Lecture Hall at Clovis High School, with remote two-way Interactive Television (ITV) locations in Clayton, Santa Rosa and Logan. Member registration begins at 8 a.m. MDT and promptly ends at 10 a.m. MDT. Regular agenda items during the meeting include reports of officers and committees, election of Board of Directors, voting on proposed bylaw amendments, presentation of 2011 Education Foundation Scholarship winners and any other business presented before the Cooperative membership. Each registered member will receive a valuable gift bag, be eligible for door prizes and treated to lunch after the meeting. (Lunch at the Clovis location only.) Held at the Golden Spread Meeting Room at 6:30pm. The purpose of this informative meeting is to explore the possibility of getting NM news back on the Eastern side of NM. Participants will include TV stations from Albuquerque and Amarillo, Senator Harden, Representative Dennis Roch, a representative from the Lt. Governor's office and one from Senator Udall's office.
